Report a problem

CamModelDirectory is a service that takes great pride in its quality and safety standards. However, there is always room for improvement. If you, as a user of our website, encounter any content or services that you believe are illegal, inappropriate, or violate regulatory rules (including hate speech, drugs, violence, terrorism, or involving minors), we kindly ask you to notify us promptly by following the steps outlined in the links below:

Below you will find some other examples of complaints that you can file, however, you are not limited to these examples.

All members and visitors can report problems with service providers  for the following reasons:

  • Forbidden content (CSAM, animals present in photos or in interactions,drugs, guns, alcohol, violence,  ETC ) 
  • Price per minute changed 
  • Not satisfied about the show
  • Fake profile picture/Fake model
  • Verified model asking for other payment methods 
  • Prepaid and no show 
  • Full Show not provided 
  • Model not responsive
  • Other –  any other problems you might encounter or want to report 

All service providers can report members or visitors for any of the following reasons:

  • Abusive
  • Harassment
  • CSAM ( child pornography ) 
  • Underage 
  • Time waster 
  • Fraud proposal from users or visitors 
  • Scammer 
  • Offsite payments
  • Other

When filing a complaint, please include your contact information and as many details as possible, such as screenshots or anything else that could help us identify and resolve the issue. Please note that our investigation team may request additional details from you regarding your complaint. 

After submitting your complaint, you will receive an email with a Report ID. Within 48 hours, our team will thoroughly investigate the situation and work to resolve the issue. Once the investigation is complete, our team will contact you with the results and the proposed solution (e.g., full or partial refund, content removal, etc.).

Rest assured that your information will remain confidential and will be used solely to address your complaint. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to responding promptly and effectively.
